Unhappy Need help building box for subs!

Im trying to get 2 cubes per sub in a ported box tuned to 33 hz. I can get a box to fit those needs but I just dont know how to get it to where i can squueze it in the trunk! the trunk opening allows 37.5 in (width) to squeeze through and my current prefab box is 17.5 in deep and 14 in tall and i figure i can make a box about another inch tall and still squeeze it in through the trunk (barely) but if im not mistaken, if i make the box longer, the height must be shorter in order to make the squeeze, due to the angle. The car is a 2010 malibu LT1. Subs currently are 2 RE audio SE-X 12s but will be getting 2 SA12s or 2 FI SSD 12s to handle my new 2400 watt amp.
Quick question, this will make a huge difference from my 1.35 cube per chamber (before displacement) ported box at 39 hz, correct?(: (box is a dual 12" vented enclosure Atrend Bbox (Shared chamber))

Anyone have any suggestions at all? I wouldn't be able to make it any deeper as is would increase the angle when sliding it into the trunk right?

What about 2 pieces that you screw together with a gasket to ensure no air leakage?

One might also consider measuring the dimensions with the rear seats lowered and sliding it in from there, You could even go as far as to remove the bottom seat (it just pops off) to allow the rear seats to sit even lower.

Anything greater than 34" wide wont fit through from the front unless you build to the contour of the rear support.

A kreg jig (pocket hole) tool is gonna be your friend building over 3 cubic ft in this trunk.

Also where the rear support begins to come down it also tapers back.

The studs between the wheel wells for the liner also come into play

You could build at the front of the support but even a 10" driver is gonna be cutting it close to the back of the seat......Im workin on a single 12" myself....Im just seeing what way I go to execute it.

Did you try checking Amazon?? I bought a box to hold my one 12" JL W3 (Sealed). Fit good. It even fits my 13 Elantra. And that is a slightly smaller trunk.

Why dont you get 4 10" Bazooka Tubes. I had two in a Ford Escape. DVC wired off a Sony XM1000. LOUD. Now they make 12" Tubes.

thought about a 2 piece box but this is my first box as it is and seems difficult :-/ thought about sliding through the back but the clearance is about 12.5, 13 in max and i need at least about 13.5 due to sub hole needs to be 11.25" plus the two .75" MDF boards top and bottom (allowing a little space so the basket wont be sitting on the wood at the top and bottom) and that's a close squeeze for mounting. if it was 14" tall, how could i figure out how deep i could make it to where i could still slide it in through the trunk?

just having a hard time figuring it out due to the angle the box will slide in :-/

These trunks are a B.........grab a sheet of 3/4 insulation board and mock it up.

Or plan using the jig I mentioned and you can build from the inside out.
