Re: Does anyone have the RkSport Ground effects kit

I paid more than I'd like to admit, but OK: The ground effects and hood were $1786 for parts (that's about the same as list on RK Sport's website) and $1769 shipping, paint, and labor. I felt really good about the body shop and they did a great job - baked the parts 3 times, primed and matched up the tricoat paint real well, painted the grates black etc. The guy that runs the body shop used to install Roush kits on Mustangs, so I was in good hands. Plus I had it financed with the vehicle purchase - zero % for 60 months baby!!

I love your car and unlike malo, I am planning on the rear window and the trunk spoiler. That would make it look so tight. The trunk is not for me but with your wheels it works 100%.

I like the rear vallance and the window spoiler and boot spoiler. The rest of the kit would be really nice if the malibu wouldn't look so big to begin with. Its too big from the ground up....

08 LT white/ebony suede
8000k HID, All stock bulbs replaced with LED's
LTZ Tail lamps w/V-LED HPW

More to come~

Currently working on bringing my car back to it's orginal glory due to the fact I loaned it to a moron.

I agree, you could always just order the front and rear valance, then drop the car a few inches. the eibach spring kit would be perfect. Thats my plan..

Front and rear valance, eibach spring kit, swaybars(if i can find a set somewhere) cold air(looking into a turbo), exhaust, powder cote the existing rims, tints, HID's, cadillac CTS-V or corvette c6 brakes/rotors(if i can find a way to get them to fit..

They won't fit, you will need wheels with more backspacing or larger diameter ones.

Bolt pattern alone won't allow you to use rotors from a Corvette and probably not the CTS-V either. Bolt pattern on the Vette has been 5x4.75 inches throughout it's inception. Most of the newer GM FWD are using 5x110mm bolt pattern.
