Hi guys!

I have a 2014 malibu LT with 50k miles on the clock as of now. Im tackling some of my maint and servicing this week. oil change, tranny fluid, and brakes for sure. When i hit 26k miles my car started having idling issues. The dealer swapped out the two VVT solenoids and reprogrammed my ECM. That seemed to cure the idle but then they then recommend I do my Fuel and emissions and evap service. I ignored it honestly because well its the stealership. Now I am getting about 250 miles to the fill up and yes this includes highway as I get a lot of highway miles. In past cars of mine it was a simple check the evap vent, sea foam in the tank, sea foam in the pcv valve, throttle body and map sensor cleaning.

My question is it pretty much the same on this vehicle and has anyone done this service themselves that can share some instructions or details.

Thanks in advance.

Bill
