The Extra One

Had a bit of an accident with my 2007 Malibu today. A multi-levered side of brick wall made contact with the front right panel. Small dent and major scratches resulted. Have decided to post a pic.
Guesses on cost to fix? Would replacing the whole panel be cheaper then getting a place to bang out the dent and repaint? Would dealerships gouge me on the cost more than MAACO like locations?

Pretty humbling day.

Any advice to the above would be appreciated

I would bet that it would be cheapest to have the entire right fender replaced. It looks pretty bad. Was there any damage to the front fascia? I'm just going to guess that the repair is going to cost $400-$600 if it's just the fender (that would include removal, installation and paint). For what it's worth, you can buy a new CAPA certified OE replacement fender fairly cheap if it's stocked in your area.
