my 09 malibu with just under 3000 km has a lot of condensation in the right side back up light lens. is that a warranty issue? thanks.

It should be covered under warranty.

it sure is although they will probably say, "This is normal".

If they say its normal, you need to talk to someone higher up. The condensation will ruin the reflective material and make the lights burn out WAY faster than normal.

i took another look at it today and the whole assembly has about half an inch of ice and water in it. i'll call the dealer in the morning and keep you guys posted.

dealer said it's covered. should be a sealed unit.
