I've been using my mityvac on my Z3 for the past 4 years to do oil changes with great results. Has anyone used it on their bu?

Looks like that would make changing the oil at home a little more enjoyable. I'd probably still want to drain from the drain plug once in awhile to allow the chunks of debris that settle on the bottom of the pan a chance to drain out. Especially during the break in period.

lol "enjoyable" that's the word I was looking for :p But you're correct on doing it from the drain plug the first couple of times specially since I got 3 free oil changes from the dealer.

Seems like your having fun changing the oils huh? Well, just to add up, if you really want to have more knowledge on oil change and some other stuffs about engines, you should read some basic engine tune up change oil how-to (http://www.automd.com/how-to/how-to-perform-a-basic-engine-tune-up-oil-change/) manuals for your convenience.
