Does you car have an alarm system or do you have a key pad to lock and unlock? You may have to go to the dealer or alarm shop and have them reprogram the locks.

Wait is this the factory theft system?
I don't think it will be due to that! The BCM controls may functions and that is possibly where the problem lies, but for this you will need to go to the dealer unless you know someone with a HP Tuner and a laptop to do this. In fact it could be the BCM causing problems, but without the proper diagnostic tools it's hard to know.

I am having the same kind of trouble with my car. It is a 2005 chevy malibu classic. It started out with the passenger door not unlocking when turned off the car but now it has progressed into not unlocking all the doors when turning off the car. It has no alarm that I know of other than the factory anti theft I think. When I turn on the car I hear this weird noise which is hard to explain what it is. Btw what are BCM controls?
