I need to get new tires ASAP. I would like to go with a little wider tire. How wide can I go on my stock rims for my '08 LTZ? I would like a Z rated all weather. I will need them shipped to an APO address in Germany. Any help?

Hi there!
Go for 225/45/18 is the recommended tire size for your car. (NEXEN CP662 tires)
8.5 inch wide.
Wider than that I think it will need mods.

225/50/18 is actually the size that came stock, which is the same width. I figured I could go a little bit wider on the stock rims without mods as I have done on many vehicles in the past.

Yup, I had a 245/45/18 on my old G6.
