JMalibu got 22" rims to fit, maybe they arent your style, but they are def my style.
Does Discount Tire or any other wheel/tire gurus know if that is feasible without any significant alteration. I dont care if they rub, I dont care if you think it looks stupid, all i want to know is if it is as easy as buying the same setup that he posted above.
Thank you all..

Marshmellow_Malibu 02-26-2010, 08:49 PM i wanted to do 22s too but i have a 4 cylinder and it WILL lead to major problems in the future, Transmission will be gone due to the extra weight of the 22s, it will blow even faster especially if its a daily driver. If you have a 4 cylinder stick with the 20s, i had to comppromise =/ but if not or if you dont care go for it! and i think you just need a 30 series tire to make it fit good, maybe 225/35/22 would be best
MalibuOn22s 02-26-2010, 09:01 PM no im gonna do 245-30-22 and i have to get spacers also....
and then engine thing is right except im getting an air intake installed soon and its usually only highway miles anyways....its good :)
Silver LTZ 02-26-2010, 09:07 PM I was gonna do 22's. They are IMO just too big, so I went with 20's.

I had the shop put some 22's in the wheel wells before I ordered anything, they looked way to big to the both of us. 20's are just right. Plus the 22's are heavy as sh*t.
MalibuOn22s 02-27-2010, 09:32 AM Alright every1 well i will post pics after i put them on :)
hotbigd 03-03-2010, 09:57 AM Well not to be cliche, but ive murderded or blacked out my cars since 03, and i found a set of pretty lightweight black powdercoated rims.. Its going to be one of my cars, so yeah kinda a DD but it will be kept in Cali, where im there 20% of the year. Ill keep everyone updated. If i did get 20's id have to drop it, and ive had lots of problems lowering my cars in the past. I like what you guys did with the 20's very cool. While im still in my 20's i gotta roll like im a drug dealer
ChadSpender 03-23-2010, 10:01 PM I can speak from experience that 22's are on the heavy side, I have 22's on my charger and they are not light by any means but the few Malibu's I've seen on here with 22's look pretty good.
