We have the same grille. It was advertised to replace the OEM grille, but it has to be installed over the OEM grille. The bumper needs to be removed for the install.

Tell you the truth SilverLTZ, I didn't like the way it look on mine, it looks nice from far away but upclose it look cheesy, I temporary modified it so it doesn't have the orginal grille, I have tof ix it when I go back home.

i got the same one. i dont really like the very bottom any more but its a lot of work to get the bumper off again

dont ltz's come with a "chrome" grille? these are just overlays. the lt's and ls's have the black grille you cant see but the ltz grille might show through

Yeah, that it was worries me. Might not look good looking though the mesh on an LTZ.

So it looks like to install this you have to remove the front bumper? I am correct on this? I have 2008 LS with the black grille but would love to have this one, just not sure I want to go through all of the trouble to remove the front bumper! Let me know.

The LTZ has a plastic grille painted silver.

My gallery has a few pictures of the E&G grille installed over a LTZ grille.
I'm guessing it would look better over top of a black grille. The silver over silver is pretty busy.
From a distance it looks good. Up close, not so good.

yeah it comes with instructions on how to take off the bumper, you can see them in the pictures. you just have to take off a bunch of screws under the hood then some screws in the wheel wells and the bumper pops right off. new grille lays right over the old grille. its hard to see the black grille underneath but i took a dremel and cut the middle out so all you see is the new grille. overall very easy to install and many people ask me about it

Agreed, but I don't wanna cut mine up. If I had the black, non LTZ grille I'd be all over this.
