I have a 1999 chevy malibu with over 200K. When I start the car, the power options (power windows) do not work. Also noticed that the air doesn't come on in the begining. after driving for a few minutes(max 5 minutes or so) air flow starts and also the power window works.
any idea what could be the issue?? battery?? alternator??
appreciate any inputs anyone can provide.
