I am trying to find a list of all the GM Manufacturing Plants in North America and what they build. Did a google search and didn't turn up much. Anyone know where I can get a list like this?

Malibus are built at Fairfax Assembly in Kansas City, Kansas as well as Orion Assembly in Michigan. Traditionally, Fairfax is the only assembly plant for the Malibu, but increased demand for it required Orion (which normally produces G6s) to begin Malibu production.

Mine was built in Lake Orion Michigan. Interesting information.

My '07 Malibu was built at Fairfax.

Yeah, I am curious to know where the majority of the Canadian Versions are coming from. Of course it would make sense for them to come out of Michigan, however if the KC plant is as good as everyone says it is, I am hoping that is where mine is coming from.

Here's all the facilities... anything called SPO stands for Service Parts Operations, all the plants are here and test facilities, etc.. Enjoy.
