I have a 99 3.1L M (140,000) It started over heating so i noticed the coolent cap was missing the seals so i replaced the cap which helped alot. I replaced the thrmostat and the water pump. Now the fans wont work at all. I turn the air on and the fans do not work. i replaced all of the relays and still on fan power i need some help please.
