I´m very sad with my Malibu. A/C is not working, my car is only less than 300 hundred miles.
The air conditioned doesn´t come up normally, it feels as if grills were closed and the cold air flows by the dash and other parts.

Dealer service says that i need to leave the car a whole day to check it up.

Any problem like this in your 2010 Malibu?

Mines worked great since new. 20K, and I use it almost every day.

Since you say you still feel the air, it might be a simple issue since I assume then the compressor is still kicking on etc.

As I understand your post, the AC works but it's not coming out the vents on the face of the dash, right? Check to see if you have it set on Defrost. On that setting it will run the AC, ostensibly to dry the air, and it comes out the vent at the base of the windshield. I don't have the LTZ's Auto Climate Control, but I'll bet it's set on Defrost instead of Vent or Vent/Floor.

If you have it set to Vent or Vent/Floor but it's coming from the Defrost outlet then you'll need to have it serviced, or if the AC just plain isn't working then take it back for service as well.

I can understand your frustration, but since these are mechanical and electronic monsters there are going to be some hiccups. That's why they offer the 3-36 bumper to bumper. I have 20K on my 09 LTZ and the only issue I have had with the A/C is a loud compressor (kind of growls). As suggested take it in and have the technicians take a look. I will hopefully free up some time here in the near future to get my bu in for the first time to have them look at the A/C compressor and an annoying bass buzz in my right rear speaker. Other than that the car has been a pleasure. Since a few folks here have had some front end problems I will likely have them take a look at that as well. Good luck.
