My right low beam light does not work. Replaced it with new lamp, no luck. Switched it with the left lamp, still no luck. Changed all relays around and checked all fuses under hood. Anything else I can check before I have to take it to the Dealer?

Since the left headlamp works, the problem is between the right headlamp fuse, the right headlamp socket, and the wiring between. If you have a VOM, check for the voltage and ground at the socket and then work backwards.

check the wires, and check the fuse for your lowbeams. could of blown a fuse on your lows, but your highs will still work.

Let's first be sure what you're talking about.
There are 10 bulbs that point forward. 2 in each of the outer large lamp assemblies (turnsignal and low beam), 2 in each of the inner small lamps (high beam and city lights) and one in each of the fog lamps. Sometimes this causes people to think they are working on one bulb when in fact they are working on a different one...and your reference to "another bulb in the same hole" causes me to think that is a possibility.
So which one is it you're dealing with? If you actually are working on the low beam (halogen bulb in the large assembly) on the passenger side, then start tracing wiring. The ground connection can get dirty or loose and the connector itself can have problems.
