ok so i had blown head gaskets...so what i want to know is if there is a torque sequence for the lower and upper intake manifolds and what the torque specs are for upper and lower manifolds? thanks for any help i can get :D

ok i forgot to add that the engine is a 3.1L v6

I believe the uppers are not that critical and can be tightened the usual inside-out, diagnonal pattern to no higher than 18 ft-lb (try 15 ft-lb). If you crank it down, you may crack something.
