They definitely sell replacement units for the tails. Start on amazon, or ebay. For example:
http://www.amazon.com/CHEVROLET-2004-2006-MALIBU-ALTEZZA-PERFORMANCE/dp/B0034S70AI
Then look to reputable shops if needed for further recommendations or install. Make sure to buy from a reputable shop.
Whats up with the final C in classiC. Did it fall off and a generic letter by letter kit was purchased?

oh about that, the letter C fell off and i just bought a C and slapped it on. it was a little bigger/different but i like it better that having "Classi"
Edit: i checked that amazon link. those lights do look nice but i have a few questions.
1. is that a good/average price for lights?
2. how's installation? can they be done at home or should they be professionally done
3. What about smoking them? can i take them somewhere to get smoked or should i look for something that's already smoked and ready to install?
thanks to anyone who can help me on this topic.

niteshade is a paint that is used to tint tails. use it just like spray paint and you can go as light or dark as you want. ive seen it used before and it looks nice honestly

you may be able to find it at a local auto store as well, but not sure
