If the dealer will not help you with a issue or repair call GM Customer Servive . They have several #s 1800-222-1020. They will get involved if you are not happy with a service issue, (Like the OLD LIne "It s Normal", when your car is the only one with the problem). I ve used them before and they resolved the issues.:cool:

Somewhat true. They do send you back but they intercede on your behalf and can assist the dealer with more info...or approval to do something the dealer can t do on it s own. I ve seen it first hand.

Great info - Never thought of doing that....Anyone got a list of the numbers you can call? Or is it the same number for the U.S. and Canada?
