I had one of the door actuators and a clicking blower fan replaced under warranty last year. Now the car is out of warranty both items are acting up again. Am I out of luck or will GM replace them again without charge since they supposedly fixed them when it was under warranty?

Generally if a part fails again within a year after being replaced I believe they take care of it. A lot of the times it comes down to the dealer's service manager making the decision if it will be covered or not. Call the dealer and see what they say. Door lock actuators are fairly common to fail on certain GM vehicles.

And if he values Sparks as a customer, he should help.
Should be covered for up to 12 months.
Or 12K miles, whichever occurs first.
