Well after years of staring at nothing on the side of our house where an old deck collapsed, we finally did something with the space.

Interior's almost done, as is the exterior.

My dad's done the whole thing himself with my help. Being retired has given him a lot of time. This will become my new room, and hopefully it'll be done and I'll be moved in in about a month.

Isn't that always the way? It all gets fixed up before you leave. When you come back for a break you'll find they have tuned it into a game room or something!! :)

Hahha yeah probably. I wouldn't be surprised if my mom turns it into her own little greenhouse for her precious little orchids or my dad turns it into his TV-watching-room (planning on getting a 32 inch flat screen in there...:D).

Looks very nice....Lots of natural light....need invest in some good blinds for those mornings when "headaches" mysterisouly appear.
