can anyone tell me how to fix a OBD2 Code PO 650

Welcome to the forum. P0650 Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Control Circuit means the MIL control circuit failed the diagnostic. See the BRN/WHT wire that goes from the ECM (MIL CTRL) to the instrument cluster in the wiring diagram at http://cid-54465800aad91b49.office.live.com/self.aspx/pub/va260718.pdf. It could be a problem within the ECM but more likely with that wire or the MIL circuit within the instrument cluster.
