I posted about a vibration in the driverside frontend, and figured out it was the hub going bad. Anyone ever change one?

I replaced both Hub Bearing assemblies on my 02 Malibu when I got it a few years ago, they were both very worn and made a lot of noise.

It was very easy to do, its essentially 3 bolts and its done. They are sealed and you just bolt them up and plug in the wheel rotation/speed sensor.

as a seal assembly, they aren't cheap, but the ease of installation makes up for it.

I replaced mine in the fall, they are very easy to install. You need a 36mm axle socket a 3 jaw puller, and new axle nuts from the dealer.
