Just wondering what everyone else's was?
I'll start, its the simple every year thing, but ive never tried it. Save money, $100 a week, which is pretty simple since Ive been doing it for a few months, the other is to loose about 50 lbs and get back to where i was about 5 years ago. Once i started my crazy work schedule and had kids, got married i put it all on. It shouldnt be to bad, i am trying to quit the pop and stick with water, and vitamin water stuff, and the hardest thing is quitting fast food, its so convienent. No real diet, just healthier decisions, cutting out most of the red meat, high sodium meals. I am starting to run 3 days a week, and i bought a bowflex on craigslist to help get into shape.
