It'll buff out. Despite how bad everything around it looks, I would say it fared fairly well.

Wow, the glass is all broken, the headlights are toast, at least one mirror is gone, but the grilles are still useable!
Pssst... it's a Gen7...

Sucks for the owner or maybe not! Anybody need parts! LOL On the serious side I really feel bad for these people and I do agree that the Malibu looks like it held up good considering the looks of everything around it.
I wonder if this car was Garaged or was parked outside at the time when the storm came since that may have had an effect on how much damage was done to the car.
If it was garage it may have been protected to some degree until the storm ripped everything apart!
I sure the Malibu was one of their least concerns. Look at the home that was destroyed and never mind the fact that many may have gotten really hurt or killed!

This is probably just where the malibu ended up after it flew thru the sky, maybe for miles. Im sure there are people that dont even know where their cars are after those tornadoes.
Tornadoes generally don't carry cars much farther than 100 feet or so... Typically cars stay together better than houses with regards to eventually turning into debris. A car that's still roughly together wouldn't make it too much farther than a house or two -- this is complete devastation though, and very very sad.
The houses all seem completely obliterated and rebuilding will be tough given the scope of that outbreak.

Car doesn't look that bad, considering what it went through.
Sad to see disasters like that anywhere.

OMG!! It really did hold up well compared to the destruction around it (as long as the side we don't see looks as good as the one that's visible). Hopefully, the insurance will cover it.

After seeing what it takes to change the headllights on the Malibu - I'd say if a headlight burns out, the car is pretty much totalled.

From now on I will discribe the Bu as having the agility of a cat, it seems to land on all fours. Is there a rear shot? Does it have a tail?:D
Nah it's not totaled, the airbags didn't go off. :p
