I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these, or an pics with them installed, i'm curious to see how they look. Also i'm wondering how they would work with an HID kit.

Thanks

I'd look more at the projector-ready kits such as

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LED-EYELID-CHROME-DUAL-HALO-PROJECTOR-HEAD-LIGHTS-PAIR-/350476982621?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Year%3A2004|Model%3AMalibu&hash=item519a0e595d#ht_7019wt_1165

Don't have pics, alas.

my issue with the halo's is where the turn signal lights are placed, idk why the put them in the center of the head light. If thye had them set up in the same configuration as the oem's i would definitively buy them.

amen to that! i dont know who designs these projector lights but they need a bullet to the brain it seems like every other kit no matter the car looks ridiculus the stock layout is fine the way it is, if they would just stick a halo in the stock housing it would look great and the signals need to be on the corners so that they can use one bulb if they move it to the center then you need another buld for a side marker light its just silly
as for the black versions i would imagine it would look like impalas of the year which was a good look

Wow, I didn't realize the projector light worked that way.

I would have a set for sure if they hadn't moved the signal to the center also. That's the only reason I've decided to keep the stock assembly and modify them to my tastes. But I guess that only leaves room for more originality.
