On my 99 LS I couldn't adjust my headlights because the adjuster was stuck. I finally gave up, but today I had an idea and I figured out how to adjust them. You need to pop the headlights out. Spray the adjusters with WD-40, get the reverse torx head bit on the top where you would normaly adjust them. Then grab the ball piece that goes into the headlight housing and turn them at the same time till they start moving. Put the headlights back in and check as needed. I'm not sure how many people have this problem or have already figured it out, but I hope this will help someone.

Since yours don't require you to pull the bumper cover that advice will be useful and easy for the pre-Gen7 models.

Unfortunately, those of us with Gen7 models will have to contend with pulling the bumper cover if we need to pull the headlights for service. I hope it doesn't get to that for me someday, but if it does, oh well.
