Let me start by saying what a great forum this is. Im coming over from trailvoy.com since buying a new malibu. Bought my new wife a malibu 2lt for her wedding present ( the gift you must pay on for years) anyways had it for 2 weeks hardly drove it. I washed it tjis morning and the color from the front and rear bumpers to sheet metal makes me sick. Its summit white and the bumpers look more like the white diamond. WTH pay 20k for something and they cant match the paint. Anyone else have this problem and if is can i get the dealer to do something about it.

If the colors don't match then take it to the dealer and start with asking them for help in determining if the colors seem to match or not. If THEY say they don't then you've already got them on your side. Next step is to ask them what you should do to fix it.

By asking you'll probably get the most help and support. Yelling will alienate. (I'm sure you know this but there are other readers out there, too.)

If they don't seem to see a difference, park it far enough away (and maybe next to another summit white or diamond tricoat) so you can see the whole car easily. Then compare the colors. If they still don't match ask them why. They might be able to get GM involved.

But I agree, the color should be consistent from stem to stern. Was it damaged in shipping and they either painted it wrong or ordered the wrong color? Hmmmm........

Understand what your saying. Sunday no dealers open yet just wanted to see if anyone else had the same problem. My wife even notices it which means its way off. Lol. Other than the recent color issue shes loves the car. No damage in shipping. Bought it in a rainstorm while trying to leave for honeymoon. I would have probably noticed it at the dealer.
