Ok, so I'm a newbie at DIY car maintenance. Where are the spark plugs located? Does the attached picture show the locations of the plugs?

Thanks in advance!

The circled items are the coil packs.

Follow those high-tension wires to the other ends, and under the rubber boots are the spark plugs.

If I may make a suggestion, find someone who knows what they're doing as a friend, offer them the libation of their choice, and have them help you. What you're asking about is pretty darn basic, and I'd hate for you to convert a daily driver to a junkyard dog if you don't have any idea what you're doing, but it's not that hard to learn. You DO need to learn, however, BEFORE you touch anything.

There's also some Youtube videos on spark plug replacement.

But a friend helping you would be the best choice.

Ideally, bribe them to stand there with one hand on the libation of their choice, the other hand either in pocket or just pointing, and YOU be the only one doing anything.

That is a good suggestion, thanks!

Make sure ask what they like to drink. I can't stand the taste of beer but a good wine cooler (or 2 or 3...) just can't be beat!

Hence "offer them the libation OF THEIR CHOICE" :D

I am by nature a teetotaler, my libation would be water, sweet tea, or Diet Coke. Possibly followed by some home-made lasagna :D

That plugs are the circled with the yellow. That's half of them anyways.
