Can I get some feedback?
DrivenDaily 08-28-2011, 07:41 AM I moved the thread from General Discussion to Ride Showoff.
In doing so the pics on my computer changed to text. I had to edit the text to get the images to show.
When you insert the images use the bottom reference generator on Photobucket, the one that writes the image code for you. Just click in it, then come back and paste into a post. That's all I do and it works perfectly.
Like this:

The code is below, with the square brackets [ and ] changed to curly braces { and }:

Silver LTZ 08-28-2011, 10:43 AM Overall I like it, I even like what you did to the wheels.
Not feeling the eyelids as is though, they just don't cut it with vinyl. If someone made plastic ones you could paint, that would look cool. Also, I would remove the side molding.
Rodents 08-28-2011, 11:11 AM Also, I would remove the side molding.
I added chrome side moldings to take away the plain door look. You don't like the moldings. That's why there's vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream, oh and peach for DD too!

Well I like a clean look. Door molding is usually too low to work well and looks tacky to me.
DrivenDaily 08-28-2011, 12:58 PM I like the idea of breaking up the largeness of the bland doors, but then again the clean and smooth look has its appeal as well.
Yep, peach is Da Bomb! :D
David305 08-28-2011, 01:52 PM Eye lids are painted on to the light with a clear, so looks like an aftermarket light. Using plastic paint with a good clear there isn't a problem.
chevyguy8893 08-28-2011, 05:53 PM I really like what you did with the wheels. Overall the car looks good, and it looks light you put some LED's on the fog light filler panels. Nice work.
David305 08-28-2011, 06:11 PM Thanks man, im only 17 and this is my first car, it's a work in progress, I will get a kit and im going with a dual setup.
Mike7143 11-03-2011, 03:43 PM Mind explaining how you did your LEDs on the fog panels? I'm wanting to do this as well. What did you buy? Where? How'd you wire it? NickPic83 did a nice job doing about the same but used I think parts from an Audi that were a bit larger.
Care to take a picture in the night with them on? I personally think NickPic83's were a little too bright for me, especially cause I don't plan any headlight mods, keeping the factory.
Love the wheels too!
Any pics of your ride with the LED strips lit up? lookin good so far.
tomx20 11-06-2011, 06:46 PM The wheels look awesome, but I'm not a fan of the eyelids
Everglades 12-24-2011, 04:09 AM Interesting.
