I recently took delivery of a '13 Malibu Turbo 2.0. At idle/brakes on there is a very noticeable some what annoying vibration felt through-out the car. In park or neutral it diminishes considerably. The engine idle RPM is around 750. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
@Aubrey, I’m sorry to read about your vibration concerns with your new 2013 Malibu. Since, I’m not a technician, I can’t help with diagnosis. You’ll definitely want to get the vehicle into the Chevrolet dealership’s service department to have this looked into. Under normal circumstances this is covered under the Powertrain warranty.
Aubrey,
I have the same car, at idle/brakes on I don't notice what you are desribing. Take it back and hopefully it can be duplicated with a technician in the car.

@dacrownedprince, I’m sure you’re aware that under normal circumstances this would be covered under the Powertrain warranty, but you’ll need to get the vehicle into the dealership for diagnosis. Once they diagnose what’s causing the vibration concerns, they’ll let you know the warranty coverage details.
When I test drove the 2013 Chevrolet Malibu Eco, I noticed a little vibration. I talked with people about this and was told it was from the tread of the tires on the vehicle. I realize you have the 1LT so your concerns might be something else. I just wanted to share this with you.
