help with audio system

I currently have a 2011 malibu 2LT. I want to get just about a whole new system, but i dont know a whole lot about this topic, just the basics. My brother has a system for his 2004 bu so this pretty much inspired me to get mine done. this is what i got so far.

I like alot of bass, but i also would like a nice sound coming from the speakers as well. im not looking to spend a fortune on this, im only 17(almost 18) and i have to pay for all this myself.

Any suggestions, tips, or any information regarding this will be deeply appreciated.

I have a 2008 malibu LT and I have 2 12" Kenwood subs, 500w apiece, with a 1000w kenwood amp. I also have another kenwood amp that I do not know the wattage of that I have run to my stock speakers because I did not want to replace the speakers...I'm also 17. Anyway, my setup sounds great but the freaking rear deck rattles like crazy which sounds horrible. I would suggest some sound deadener under the rear deck when you put this stuff in. I will hopefully be installing some sound deadener soon cause I'm completely fed up with the rattling. I will let you know how it works.

It just really depends on your budget and how loud you'd like to be.

I've done about everything possible so far audio wise with our Malibus lol
