Hey, good news! Are you going to get either one (or both)?

I think it's the right course to question how "Mike" treated you, and with the knowledge of his manager as well. What would have happened if you had been injured? No papers signed, no timecard punched, etc, etc. Their insurance would have had a field day with them!

I hope this means things are looking up.

BTW, A Chevrolet Dealership not far from where I live just Closed today. They were in business over 35 years.

Got a call tonight. The Manager from Pizza Hut. I start on Wed at 15:00. Apparantly he lost my phone number. And had to get it from the store on Joint MDL.

Did you already send that to the radio station? It would be kind of humorous if they have that station playing in the Pizza Hut and they read your letter.

I just read through this entire thread. Truely sorry for your plight but it's one I hear over and over and personally know people in exactly your situation.

Your situation with the bank doesn't surprise me at all. Many years ago I was told that bankers are just common gangsters who discovered long ago that it's safer to rob people with a briefcase than with a gun. So always remember that when you are dealing with a banker you are dealing with a thug. Anyone offended by what I just said needs to do some research on exactly how we wound up in our current economic collapse.

I see your last post was 1/26. Any updates?

Sorry, I dont post here much.

I traded the Malibu for a new car. One with a lower payment. And a Warranty. Had to take the job at Pizza Hut. Only making $7.50 Hr. Lucky if I get 20 Hrs week. Next work week I am scheduled for 11.5. Job wont pay my Rent. No contacts from other employers. Social Services sent me another love letter. Demanding info by Wed. I just got it Sat. Probably deny me for having a job.

In a nut shell, I am not doing much better now than I was a month ago. All my money is paying bills. And its not enough. Dont know where I am getting March Rent from. Already 1 month behind.

Czechman, Your Right about the Bankers. I was Late on my motorcycle payment. Called them. Was told I would get the Late Fee ($25) waived once it was paid. I paid it. Never saw the Credit. Made the payment on March 1 with the Late Fee. Now I see I was issued a Credit of $25 back on Feb 18. That $25 I need for other bills. Now I dont have it.

My Last paychek on March 1, 48.3 Hrs. Netted $298. Less than my Car Payment. And I have no idea where I am getting my Rent from. Already one month behind. Guess I am getting Evicted.
