Ok I went and bought some coilovers and put them on my self and it's is fine there was a couple modifications but nothin to big

Alright, now you must explain what coilovers you got and how you made the install work? You're about to get a big following if what you did is all good. I just put Eibach lowering springs on my BU back in late March of this year.

i want coil overs!!!!! im about to say screw it and shove out some money...does anyone know the original company for the sabb ones?

Megan Racing is the company. They also appear to work for the Pontiac G6 apparently. It definitely would have been nice to have some official coil overs for the 7th gen BU.........:-( Now I gotta hope some stuff starts coming out for the 8th gen.

So looking at the Megan website I see that they offer 05-10 colbalt coilovers what are the possibility that the malibu and colbalt share the same setup

Cobalt and Malibu have different rear setups for sure. Front are probably different. GM Parts Direct has different part numbers for the front struts.
