Engineer & others having this issue, please do the following:

Click on User CP

Scroll down, Under Settings & Options, click Edit Options

Scroll to bottom, see: Miscellaneous Options

For Message Editor Interface <- set to Standard Editor - Extra Formatting Controls

Click "Save Changes" button

Now try Edit Signature and see if you can add a pic.

I assume your not just adding a pic to your sig info paragraph? You are scrolling down to where it has upload a picture correct? If so don't use the [IMG] code for your sig pic, it will add it on it's own when it uploads it.
