Radiator sprung a leak yesterday, so I'm getting ready to tackle it. Radiator should be here tomorrow.

Any tips before I get started?

First fill with water to verify no leaks, then drain and refill with the proper coolant mixture.

The radiator comes out the BOTTOM - put it on high jack stands or a high ramp.

Wow, I saw that listed in a note when I was shopping for a replacement radiator. I'll probably be putting it off even longer now that I've confirmed you have to get it up that high. Sounds pretty difficult without a lift.

Well, I did it with a set of ramps. It's not THAT hard ... but it's not as easy as we could wish! *grins*

There's enough height between the bottom of the opening and the concrete when on my Rhino Ramps to clear.

Do be aware that you'll need to top off the auto tranny (you'll lose some fluid), so you may want to schedule an oil and fluid check at the local Quick Lube shop, if there's any that aren't totally incompetent in your area.
