Well I'm a bit tenacious so I just barraged Chevrolet with a question on Twitter.

I love my Malibu but high on the back burner is a severe irritation with the MyLink 2013 system and the inability to get any (and I mean any) help with even the most simple of requests.
I'm unsure of where the disconnect is but it's somewhere between my auto techs at the dealership ----- Chevrolet infotainment ---- (Unknown) ------ Chevrolet Legal.
In my experience, thus far, Chevrolet Legal only knows enough about MyLink to know that it's ally is the "Cannot Reproduce Symptom" answer that is the equivalent if a Francis Urquart, "You might say that but I cannot possibly comment," kind of cover my ass, supremely frustrating, unhelpful, "I got your money, see ya later," type mentality that I'd hoped GM had turned the corner on.
The car is so great it's better deserving than this.
I'm going to post this starting a new MyLink thread and hope other tech nuts that own a 2013 MyLink and wish for support or a path to replace or just information on a path might comment and focus at least our only strengths, namely numbers and being customers, may congregate.
