Well...they have had it since Friday..SUPPOSEDLY they are giving me a new phone charger and asking that I unplug my daughter's movie player to see if that works. I don't know. At this point I am scratching my head as well. I DO understand that no auto manufacturer is perfect..they all have problems...but with that being said I have NEVER had problems like this over, and over, and over.
They drove my old one around for a week plugged into the diagnostic computer...never did anything...go figure. I took pictures with my phone, time date stamped pictures so they could see it. I drove it into the dealership with the light on...I just want it fixed..I love my dealer..they have been super nice and dealt with me on everything, but I don't want to see them every couple of weeks.
