Dagoobs CMF Rookie Member 2005 Malibu LS maroon Join Date: Nov 2012 Posts: 1 Gallery: 0	grinding/scraping noise from front left wheel area There is a scraping/grinding noise coming from the front left wheel area. When this happened before, I had an oil change done with all the lubes and this seemed to take care of it. Tried that again and the sound is still there. Thought it might be the wheel bearing so tried moving the wheel to see if it was loose in anyway and it is tight. Same with CV boot, no rips or holes in it. My next option is the breaks, although they seemed to look fine, I dont really know how theyd look if bad. Any ideas? The sound only happens while turning left, in motion, not while parked and turning the wheel.
