Default Fuel Filter change? 05 , 3.5

when my car idles, (140K), it blips every so slightly about every10-15 seconds, seems like it has gotten just a little bit worse the last 2 weeks or so.

I just changed the plugs ( well the front 3) about 2 months ago, and the stealership cleaned the injectors about 6-7 months ago.

I have had the vehicle since 70k and never changes the fuel filter, do you think that could be the cause of the un normal idle.

** if I do need to change the FF, is this something I can do at home?
thanks

Why would you only replace 3 spark plugs? That makes absolutely ZERO sense. Replace the other 3!!! I would bet a good amount of money that it has nothing to do with your fuel filter at all in any way.

You could try cleaning the throttle body.
