Seat Cleaning Help

So I have the leather and fabric (microfiber?) seats. I used scotch gaurd cleaner on it and while the seats did become clean, the material is now stiff and not soft like the untreated areas. Can something be done or am I sol?

The 2Lt seats are not leather. They are the Ultralux Sheer Suede and Vinyl. I use the same cleaner that I use on the dash and it works just fine. The only leather in the car is aroung the sterring wheel and gear shifter.

They say to not use any chemicals but rather hot water to remove any kind of stains. Good luck though.
