Default transmission leak

Hey all anybody have a tranny leak just changed my oil for the 4th tie and found the bottom of the frame wet driver side. At closer inspection i found one of the tranny lines is dirty and a drop of tranny fluid on it.
will this be covered or should i just order the line and do it myself?

How many miles are on your car? As long as it's under the mileage mark for the warranty I don't see why they wouldn't cover it. Maybe a loose fitting or a cracked line.

I had to replace trans. lines twice cause of leaks out of warranty on my 06 imp ss and also dealer changed power steering lines on it while under warranty. It seem to me where they have the crimp from hard line to hose is the failure point on most of these lines.Last time I did the trans. lines I cut there crimp coupler off and put new hose on it with worm clamps didn't leak a drop after that.

Dealer just called and confirmed it is the transmission cooling lines leaking. We bought the car used from them last year with 40000 miles and purchased a four year extended warranty.Of course now the warranty does not cover the lines so we pay $252 plus tax out of pocket.

Hey all that was back in 2009 when had no miles on the car. mu car has the v-6 pacake 3.6 252 HP. screamS LOTS OF POWER. but i only drove this car for one year and gave ot to my wife.
i had two tranny leaks under warranty then the transmissiom stiopped working all together at 40,000. that was covered also.
The last thing to happen was the radiator fan broke and hit the radiator that was not covered so we went thru out geico ins out of pocket wa s $250 deductable, we still have the car just hit 50k and put new tires on it for the first time. they lasted untill 50 k so we put the same tires on it /goodyear eacle ls2's
this car has been to the dealer so many times i cannot count the door locks broke one at a time the steering had a clunk i think twice it went for that.

A piece of cake ,especially if you have access to a hoist.
