Front bumper has to be removed to access the headlights for replacement.

Are you sure that the bumper must come off? Can't you even get to the bulbs by taking off the wheel well liner. Seems to be much easier than the bumper.

My god, I can't imagine anyone having to take the bumper off just to change a bulb. You know that if that's the case, you can be sure that THE ILLUSTRIOUS DEALERS will definately scratch the hell out of the bumper.

A lot of vehicles nowadays require bumper removal.

My '07 Honda I could reach the passenger bulb from the engine bay & the drivers bulb via the wheel well.

Absolutely B.S. that I now have to remove the bumper on my '10 Chevy. Nice way for Chevy to f**k alot of people into paying maintance costs.

Haha... If its any consolation, you'll have to take off the inner wheel well liner to remove the front bumper.

And the top engine cover, which has a ridiculous amount of screws, so that you can get the headlights out.

I removed the front bumper on my friend's 08 within a half hour, we put down a sheet on the ground and carefully removed it. The dealer's not gonna scratch it on purpose and accidents can happen no matter what when it comes to scratches.

I know that the dealer isn't going to scratch it on purpose, but they can't even get in/out of the car without getting their greasy mitts and shoes all over the interior. Do you thimk they really care about whether they scratch it or or not? There's a difference between an accident and just not giving a damn.
