2011 Malibu Exhaust Manifold Replacement HELP please

Hi. Please Help. I am about to order and replace the exhaust manifold on a 2011 Malibu as it is cracked and Loud and I do not need a ticket.
I have removed the heat cover but there is this bar, box and large metal pipe that goes to the bottom of the motor. The issue is I have watched dozens of youtube videos and this piece is not on any other vehicles some of which are the identical model even in image searches I am not seeing this so I do not dare to move it yet as I do not know what it is and I cannot move the metal pipe on either end because it has Metal bands on it. Please someone tell me what this part is and how I move it to replace the manifold because it is directly over top of the manifold bolts and I cannot reach them or see them. Thanks in advance.

inside the yellow circle is the top of the metal pipe, the bar and the plastic box with wiring clip.
the green arrows point to the two Long bolts i see mounting the bar.

That looks like an air distribution manifold of some sort. If that's a CA Emissions car then that would explain it.

To be sure, follow that pipe down to the other end and see if it's an air pump. If it is, then at least you have a bit more info on what to do.

Cali emissions car like mine. Remove the valve (it has the electrical connector) and you can move the tubes out of the way. It makes swapping the manifold more of a PIA
