Does anyone know the smallest rim size that can be ran on a 2014 LTZ 2.0T that came with the 19's I found a set of 16" steel wheels for winter off of a Saturn vue and was wondering if they would fit before making the trip to go get them?
I believe 18" wheels were the smallest offered...I recall that the brakes were slightly larger on the Turbo model over the standard Malibu...I do not know however if the larger wheel size was required to clear the brake calipers or just because they thought buyers wanted them...
Don't take this as gospel, but I THINK you could do 17s.... Make sure the bolt pattern is same and offset is similar. My question would be why? Snow tires?
Ok. Yep, looking at possibly buying for snow tires, was worried about brake clearance. I'm not getting rid of the 19's just looking for winter shoes. I would like to find one 19 inch wheel as the previous owner had some curb rash on it :/
