No air. No power to any of the climate control unit

No air. No power to any of the climate control unit all the fuses are good. Any ideas or suggestions

Check the plug to the blower motor resistor. You'll have to pull down the panel under the glove box. Resistor is all the way to the front near the center console. Unplug it and examine the connector itself.
If that's good then it could be the blower motor itself. Searching will show you how to test and replace.

Would that also cause rear defrost button not to work?

Probably not.
If you've checked your fuses then it might be the control unit itself.

Use the first part of this video to pull the control panel and check the connections on the back of it.

Or replace it with another from a salvage yard. I see one on ebay for $10.
