1998 malibu lost power

I was driving home from work and my parking brake light came on along with my ABS light then seconds later the car shut off while in drive and there is no power to anything. Any ideas where to start?

Have any codes read and share them with us.

Check how heavy your keyring is. If there are a lot of keys on it, it could be turning the key off.

VSS (vehicle speed sensor) at one or more wheels may have failed. Commonly part of the wheel bearing.

Brakes are metal-to-metal on one or more wheels.

Low brake fluid.

Run or Acc relay failed or failing.
