2004 Malibu fuel tank

Greetings, I have a 04 Malibu. My question is what is the line in the fuel tank called that snaps to the bottom of the fuel pump. I broke the retaining clip, and am having a hard time finding a new one. Thank you.

Re: 2004 Malibu fuel tank

Hello and welcome @pastorcgoff. I don't know much about the 2004 Malibu but I would guess there is a fuel line and vent hose. The vent hose might even bundle with the line. Since I have no definite info I'll just perform my duties and move your thread to the gen5/6 section for help from fellow owners.

Good luck!
