  1. 2005 3.5 V6 Spark Plug Replacement

Gen 5 & 6 Do It Yourself Maintenance
I did this on my 2005 and for the back I just squeezed my hand in there and used a couple extensions and a universal adapter to make it easier to reach the rear plugs without removing anything except the air tube for the front set.

I'll probably just get a new changer off eBay. They will be cheaper in the long run than replacing the HU and getting all the peripherals needed to keep the chimes and DIC.

Asv for the car they're still working on the deal. Without test driving it yet I know it has 2 problems. Hoping you guys can help me out. The first is that the drivers side seat heater isn't working. The second is that the 6 disc changer seems to be having problems. Has anybody else had any of...

The deal isn't done yet but I pulled a pic from the web. Might not be able to get it done because I just recently started my own business so we'll see. Do we have a acct on tapatalk? Looked for a while earlier but couldn't find it.

Hey guys I may be back. Currently looking at getting a Sport Red Metallic 2005 Malibu LT. The car is gorgeous and has every option checked.
  10. TPMS question (again I know)

As someone who had worked at a Chevy dealership I can tell you that the valve stems are NOT generic. The sensors screw onto the bottom of the valve stems on the newer vehicles. so yes you can swap the sensors but you will need to buy new valve stems because you will most likely damage the valve...

weeeeeeellllllllll yes I will buy another Malibu when money is more plentiful. I'm actually kind of pissed that I don't currently have more because there is an 05 that looks just like my car except for it's dark blue and has tinted windows but the dealership wants 7500 for it

I understand what you guys are saying but in order for me to have even had liability ins. I wouldn't have been able to keep my car or get to whatever job I may have had. So would you rather I try to eke out a meager existence surviving on the jobs I can find without paying insurance or just be...

Well actually its a 550 dollar fine and nobody was injured. I guess you could call me a scofflaw but when you cant manage to hold on to a job the little things like insurance go by the way side to ensure that you can still make your car payment so you have a car to drive to seek work. I do...

There is frame damage. Both front frame rails are bent a little. The motor is pushed back to the firewall and the passenger side fender now interferes with the front door. Dont think its salvagable. Gap insurance covera the balance of the loan in the event you are in an accident that totals your...

$150-200 a month and considering that I have had a difficult time holding a job it has been worth it until now. Thankfully my gf made me buy Gap insurance so the car will be paid off if it is totaled.
