so i want to install an HID kit on my 03 Malibu LS, but I have no clue how to go about doing this. I also want to install some interior lighting in the back seat and by the driver and passenger floors. Once again I have no clue how to do any of this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're really as green as you claim, I suggest reading up on it on this forum and elsewhere first and then go slow. Each situation is different and thus it's not feasible for someone to try to give you a "clue." Just the same, I sincerely hope someone will jump in and be your mentor.

For the interior lights - that's going to take your deciding where and what kind of lights you want, and figuring out when you want them on. After that, it's a matter of finding power of the kind you want (Switched with the dome light? Lit when the door is open? On all the time?) .
