I had looked awhile ago and could find anything for the Maxx. I did find one for the G6 with the same 3.5L and assumed it would work, however, it may require a bit of fit changing but i never bought it as i couldn't get a confirmed response from anyone.
Recently someone posted on my thread and said the two are the same layout and it would fit. I can't confirm that however.

Check with www.mpracing.org/store I think they've got something available but I believe that it is a WAI. Quality of their stuff is better than a few other companies out there.

Has Magnaflow or another company come out with a cat back exhaust for an 09 Malibu yet I don't want a universal one. How bout a cold Air Intake specifically for our new Bu's?

No and there's no guarantee that any aftermarket company will produce a cat back exhaust. Mainly it depends on the company to develope products for the newer Malibu, none of the companies felt there was a market for performance parts for the two previous models, the N-body years and the Epsilon's of 04-07. Just recently a couple of small companies have offered parts for Malibu's from 97-03 and 04-07 but some things are limited. The site I mentioned is working on a cat back exhaust for the 97-03 years and might eventually work on one for the Epsilon if there's enough interest. I'm currently in wait for the remainder of the cat back exhaust to put on mine, then I'm going after a high flow cat and headers.

Just keep in mind nothing is universal. You would be referring to just a muffler. Which is only fine if you have a big diameter exhaust already.
